Dario is a Visiting Student at Imperial College London working on motor-learning in real-world tasks. He got his Bachelor degree in Electrical Engineering from EPFL, and is currently in his final year of MSc degree in Information Technology and Electrical Engineering, with a specialisation in Machine Learning, Signal Processing and Neuroinformatics at ETH Zurich.
His research focuses on modelling the motor-learning mechanisms using Machine Learning based on data collected in a real-world task (playing pool) in an Embodied Virtual Reality environment allowing specific feedback to the subject. The ideal aim of the research would be the improvement of neurorehabilitation for Parkinson’s Disease patients.
