Luchen Li

Postdoctoral Fellow

Luchen is a PhD student funded by the Department of Computing. Her research interests mainly involve using machine learning, with a focus on reinforcement learning, to optimise medical treatments. She got her MSc degree in Electronic and Computer Engineering from Carnegie Mellon University.

Research Brief

Luchen is interested in using machine learning to improve dynamic clinical treatment which entails off-line reinforcement learning, exploration in RL, behaviour uncertainty, and supervised learning of physiological features.
